Problems with log-in and passwords
The web site and email systems are independent of each other, and have different passwords (unless you choose to synchronize them). Your user ID is your email address. Problems logging in are normally a result of using a different email address, as the system will not recognise this as the user ID until it is updated. The user ID has to be updated for both the web site and the mailing lists

When accessing the email list, you will need to use the same email address you subscribed with, and similarly when accessing the member area of the web site, you will need to use the same email address as the email from Elysium that provided your access details.

If you are having problems with your password for a mailing list, please check the email from lists.color.org which provided the password. If this is unavailable, you will need to visit the list information page and re-subscribe. If you notify Adam Dewitz she can remove the old subscription for you.

If you are having problems with your user ID or password for the member area of the web site, check the email from Elysium that provided your access details. If this is no longer available, please email Adam Dewitz or call on +1 (703) 264-7200 to request that your password is reset. The new password will be generated by the Xalter system and emailed to you.

Should you have difficulty with accessing pages in the member area after logging in, please log out, clear your browser cache and log in again at http://www.color.org/login.xalter
